1. Maintain the stability of the technical index system and adhere to the gradual subsidy decline

In order to create a stable policy environment, the current technical indicator system framework and threshold requirements for purchase subsidies will remain unchanged in 2022. According to the "Notice of the Development and Reform Commission of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology on Improving the Financial Subsidy Policy for the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles" (Caijian [2020] No. 86), in 2022, the new energy vehicle subsidy standard will be based on 2021. At the same time, continue to intensify the review and do a good job of clearing and finishing the promotion vehicles in previous years.

Three, strengthen product safety supervision and guidance to ensure quality and information security

Improve the new energy vehicle safety supervision system, and further consolidate the main responsibility of new energy vehicle manufacturers. Guide enterprises to improve safety management mechanisms, strengthen product quality assurance capabilities, and meet national management requirements on vehicle data security, network security, and online upgrades. Improve the efficiency of the enterprise monitoring platform, improve after-sales service capabilities, and do a good job in emergency response to accidents. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and relevant departments have established an inter-departmental information sharing mechanism, regularly summarizes information on fires and major accidents, and accelerates the establishment of a vehicle accident reporting system. For those who conceal accident information and do not cooperate with the investigation, suspend or cancel the subsidies for the models involved, depending on the seriousness of the circumstances. qualifications.
