It is reported that the Sichuan lithium source lithium iron phosphate battery material project plans to build 150,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate battery materials. The project is to be constructed in two phases. The first phase covers an area of ​​168 mu and mainly builds a 25,000-ton lithium iron phosphate project, including workshops, office buildings, R&D buildings and supporting ancillary facilities. The second phase covers an area of ​​174 mu, and mainly builds a 125,000-ton lithium iron phosphate project.

At present, the construction of the main plant of the 25,000-ton lithium iron phosphate production workshop in the first phase has been completed, and the equipment installation and the construction of the auxiliary facilities of the plant are in progress. It will be completed by the end of December this year and will be put into operation in January 2022; It is planned to be completed and put into operation in July 2022.
