On February 23, Chairman Shi Junfeng came to Shenzhen Research Institute of Lithium Source, the R&D "brain" of Lithium Source new Energy in South China. He visited all the R&D staff and held a symposium of the R&D team. He put forward important guidance for the key R&D direction and R&D objectives of the Shenzhen Research Institute in the next step.

Mr. Shi said that the Shenzhen Research Institute has first-class hardware equipment and working environment, which provides a very perfect working platform for the research and development team. We must make more scientific research achievements here. At the same time, it is geographically close to many power battery enterprises in Southern China, so it also has unique advantages in terms of communication and interaction with customers. Mr. Shi encouraged everyone to go out more, to carry out active exchanges with customers, to know more about customers' new expectations and new needs for positive electrode materials, and to start from the actual requirements of customers, to constantly improve the new technologies and new products of lithium source lithium iron phosphate positive electrode materials, so that the overall research and development level of lithium source science and technology, innovation achievements in 2023 to a new level.

As an important part of the national R&D layout of Lithium Source, the Lithium Source Shenzhen Research Institute was established in November 2021, which is the main R&D base of Lithium Source in South China. At present, the Lithium Source Shenzhen Research Institute has preliminarily established a scientific research system to link with downstream battery enterprises and carry out research and development projects.
